DAK Plastics, Inc. strives to maintain the safest and most efficient operating environments possible. We believe knowledge and preventative maintenance are key factors to achieving this. We enforce a variety of safety programs and operational procedures. Continuously, we work to improve our methods of administration for these.
We abide by the rules imposed by multiple regulatory agencies, including Kansas Department of Health and Environment and the EPA. DAK Plastics has shown compliance with the EPA's new MACT standards on HAP emissions for this industry type since April 2005. We frequently look to stay informed of any changes or updates in these and all other regulations.
