DAK Plastics, Inc. is a wholesale fiberglass manufacturing facility. We produce parts for the assembly of Recreational Vehicles and School Buses, Inboard and Fishing Boats, Livestock Trailers, Environmental Applications, and much more by open-mold spray gun, hand lay-up, and closed-mold Light Resin Transfer Methods.
We use in our processes a variety of only quality composites resin and gel coat materials for part durability and cosmetics. Technology for Manufacturers (TFM) machines are utilized in our open-mold applications for efficiency in material usage and weight consistency of finished parts. Controlled Spray Applications are implemented in our open-mold processes by individualized training of every material sprayer for efficiency in material application. This work practice benefits the environment, the manufacturing process, plant personnel, and reduces costs, which equates to savings that we directly pass onto our customers.
